It’s possible that you’re unaware that I maintain a blog. Even if you were aware of it, you could still be curious about the content I offer. That’s just standard fare for a blog, I guess. The topics I write about are all over the place. In case you haven’t heard of me before, I made an extremely important post public only lately. Bible verses about enduring and being strong; the title says it all. You need to look it up. It holds up quite well. This page offers Bible verses on perseverance.
The Bible has many inspiring passages on overcoming adversity and being stronger as a person. Many of the most inspiring passages from the Bible on perseverance may be found in this article. Insightful advice about how to face adversity, grow from it, and ultimately become stronger may be found in these pages. In this paper, we examine the meaning of Endurance Develops Character from the Bible.
Online, you may find a wealth of materials that can serve as sources of motivation, encouragement, and even challenge. When you need to be inspired, encouraged, or challenged in just the right ways, sometimes reading a poem is all it takes. My go-to Bible passages for inspiration are those that talk about perseverance and fortitude. It’s possible that you, too, could find this to be an interesting point of discussion.
Bible Verses About Endurance And Strength
It’s the voice that tells you can’t do it. That you’re not good enough. Not strong enough. Not enough.
The voice that says you have failed too many times, so you better just give up now before you fail again.
If you are feeling tired, discouraged, disheartened, disappointed, and you just want to give up, read on.
The Bible has so much to say on this topic and it calls fear out for what it is – fear is a liar.
Look over the powerful words in Scripture encouraging you to never give up.
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. – Hebrews 12:1-3
To this very hour we go hungry and thirsty, we are in rags, we are brutally treated, we are homeless. We work hard with our own hands. When we are cursed, we bless; when we are persecuted, we endure it; when we are slandered, we answer kindly. We have become the scum of the earth, the garbage of the world—right up to this moment. – 1 Corinthians 4:11-13
But how is it to your credit if you receive a beating for doing wrong and endure it? But if you suffer for doing good and you endure it, this is commendable before God. – 1 Peter 2:20
So that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience. – Colossians 1:10-11
No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. – 1 Corinthians 10:13
For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through the endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide we might have hope. May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had. – Romans 15:4-5
Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as his children. For what children are not disciplined by their father? – Hebrews 12:7
Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. – James 1:2-4
Here is a trustworthy saying: If we died with him, we will also live with him; if we endure, we will also reign with him. If we disown him, he will also disown us; if we are faithless, he remains faithful, for he cannot disown himself. – 2 Timothy 2:11-13
Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us. – Romans 5:3-5

For if, after they have escaped the defilements of the world through the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and overcome, the last state has become worse for them than the first. For it would have been better for them never to have known the way of righteousness than after knowing it to turn back from the holy commandment delivered to them. Note then the kindness and the severity of God: severity toward those who have fallen, but God’s kindness to you, provided you continue in his kindness. Otherwise you too will be cut off.

For it is impossible, in the case of those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, and have shared in the Holy Spirit, and have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the age to come, and then have fallen away, to restore them again to repentance, since they are crucifying once again the Son of God to their own harm and holding him up to contempt.

We have made a decision to rename this track and the riddim itself.
This story is about a song that was released in 2014, named “Praise and Worship” by Busy Signal. It’s a great song and we had high hopes for it. However, we have decided to rename it and change the name of the riddim to something more positive – “God Is Good Riddim”.
This decision was made because of the feedback that we received from some listeners who felt that they were not comfortable listening to this particular song as they felt it promoted violence against women. We listened to their concerns and changed the name of the riddim and its title track accordingly.
This is a song about the power of praise and worship, and the need to stop and give thanks. I think it’s a good song for everyone, but especially for those who don’t know what they’re going to do when they grow up. The message is clear: don’t worry about the future; just trust God.
I wrote this song with my friend Michael Corbett, who also produced it with me at his studio in Atlanta, GA. We worked together on a few other songs from my last album ‘Uncomfortable’, so we had some great chemistry going into this one.
The first verse is about how we’ve all got our problems and worries in life, but if you keep your eyes focused on Jesus then everything will be okay. The second verse talks about how God’s love can heal any broken heart or shattered soul, no matter what you may have been through in the past.
