So Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and all that night the LORD drove back the sea with a strong east wind that turned it into dry land. When morning came, there was a wall of water behind them; but when they looked to see where they had been driven through the sea, they saw only dry ground; not one of them was wetted with water from the Sea of Reeds.
