Prayers To Move Your Mountains

Prayers To Move Your Mountains

If we seek God only when we are desperate, then He will keep us in desperate circumstances because He deeply desires to fellowship with us. God will rescue us and get us out of trouble when we come to Him.

But, according to Ecclesiastes 8:12, if we want to stay in a place of constant victory, we must diligently seek Him at all times and desire to experience His continual presence in our everyday lives.

Prayer that moves mountains is a powerful weapon we have as believers that can radically transform our lives. Sometimes we as Christians don’t realize the power we have in Christ through prayer, and often miss out on opportunities for God to move on our behalf.

Sometimes we view prayer like the old childhood game “telephone”. Do you remember playing that game in elementary school? Everyone sits in a circle and a special “secret” is whispered into a child’s ear. The secret is passed around the circle, one whisper at a time, until everyone has heard the message. By the time the message has made it around the circle, usually the secret has been so distorted that it is hardly recognized by the person who started the game!

If we’re honest with ourselves, we sometimes feel like our prayers are similar to the telephone game. We call on God in prayer, but sometimes feel like God must not have heard our message correctly. We question whether God heard us because the outcome of our prayers may not always be what we’ve hoped for.

We wonder to ourselves,

Did God hear me correctly?

Why hasn’t he answered?

Does he really care?

I am convinced that contrary to our thoughts, feelings or the state of the circumstances around us, God hears our prayers. Not a single word or tear goes unnoticed by our El Roi–the God who sees.

Our prayers don’t operate like the telephone game. Thankfully, we have the Holy Spirit who hears our every thoughts, and we can be confident that our prayers reach heaven.

God knows our hearts. He hears us–and he answers our prayers. Let’s look at what it means to cultivate a prayer life that moves mountains.

Prayer That Moves Mountains: 5 Ways To Ignite Powerful Prayers

Pray for God to reveal your purpose:

Our lives are not our own. We have been created for a purpose, and that purpose is to glorify God through our lives. The Bible says, “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do” (Ephesians 2:10). When you pray that God would reveal your purpose, it helps you see how He has uniquely designed you to live out your calling.

Prayer that moves mountains: 5 ways to ignite powerful prayers

Prayer is an essential part of the Christian life, but sometimes we can get stuck in our prayer routines or find ourselves praying without knowing what we really want from God or how we should pray.

Here are five ways that will help ignite powerful prayers in your life:

  1. Pray with confidence and boldness
  2. Use the power of the Holy Spirit to pray for the impossible
  3. Pray with persistence and perseverance
  4. Pray with faith and expectation
  5. Pray in secret, not just in public

Prayer that moves mountains is not a mystical experience. It’s a power that can change your life and the world around you.

Here are 5 ways to ignite powerful prayers:

  1. BELIEVE THAT GOD CAN DO ANYTHING!

God is Almighty. He has all power to do whatever He wants. He does not need our help or our permission, but because He loves us, He wants to hear from us. Prayer is communication with God and it is one of the greatest gifts we can give Him.

  1. ASK FOR WHAT YOU WANT!

Prayer is not just about asking for things from God, but also thanking Him for the things we already have in our lives (Romans 12:13). Ask God what you want in any situation and then thank Him for it before asking again. Over time this will build momentum in your prayers and they will become more effective (James 4:2).

  1. PRAY WITH THANKSGIVING!

When we pray with thanksgiving we are focusing on what God has done rather than what we want Him to do (Ephesians 5:20). It also increases our faith because when we see how much God has done for us

Prayer that moves mountains is a divine experience. It is a powerful way to ignite your prayers and change the course of your life.

But, how do you pray effectively? How do you pray for something that you really want?

Here are five ways to ignite powerful prayers:

1) Decide what it is that you really want and be specific about it.

Ask God to help you identify what it is that you really want. You may not know precisely what it is yet but ask God for guidance and wisdom so that you can make an informed decision. Ask Him to help you see clearly through His eyes as He looks at your circumstances from His perspective.

2) Ask God for wisdom and discernment regarding this matter.

Ask God for wisdom and discernment regarding this matter so that you will have an accurate understanding of the situation or problem and the best way forward in order to achieve what it is that you want. Pray with confidence knowing that He will give it unto you according to His good pleasure if it be not contrary to His will (James 1:5-8).

3) Pray with confidence knowing that God hears your prayers so long as they are

The Bible says that we can move mountains with our prayers. But how do we go about doing this?

The apostle Paul gives us some great advice in Ephesians 6:18-20:

“with all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints, and pray on my behalf, that utterance may be given to me in opening my mouth boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains; that I may declare it boldly, as I ought to speak.”

Here are five ways you can ignite powerful prayers:

  1. Make your requests known. The first step is simply to identify what it is that you need or desire. When you bring something to God’s attention as a request, He will only be able to work on what you have asked for. So if you want God’s blessings or an answer from Him, make sure you ask Him for them specifically (Philippians 4:6).
  2. Pray with perseverance. It takes time for God to answer our prayers because He wants us to trust Him completely (Luke 11:5-8). Romans

How To Move Mountains In Prayer

How to Move Mountains in Prayer

God wants you to have a close relationship with Him. He wants you to know Him in a deep, personal way. This can only happen through prayer.

In Matthew 6:6, Jesus said, “But you, when you pray, go into your inner room, close your door and pray to your Father who is in secret.”

Prayer is the most powerful weapon we have against any enemy or obstacle that comes against our lives. It’s also the most powerful tool we have for helping others through our prayers. The Bible says that God hears every prayer and answers them according to His will (1 John 5:14).

Unfortunately, many people don’t pray often enough or as effectively as they could be praying if they knew how to move mountains in prayer.

Here are five tips for moving mountains through prayer:

How to Move Mountains in Prayer

Mountains are made to be moved. They’re big and heavy, but they’re not immovable. You can move them!

But you must know how to pray.

Prayer is the key that opens the door to the mountain. It’s the key that unlocks the mountain’s chains and lets it go free.

The Bible says that every good and perfect gift comes down from our heavenly Father (James 1:17). So when you’re praying for something, you’re really just asking God for what He already has planned for you. You’re asking Him for what He wants to give you. You’re asking Him for His best!

When Jesus Christ was going through His wilderness experience, He prayed “Not my will, but Yours be done” (Luke 22:42). He wasn’t saying that things would happen only if they fit His plan; instead, He was saying that everything would happen exactly as it should because His plan was perfect!

And so often when we pray about something, we don’t pray with confidence because we think there’s no way God could answer our request or because we think it might not be His will for us. But God never

In the world of prayer, there are certain topics that seem to be repeated over and over again. The same questions always seem to come up:

How do I know when God is answering my prayers?

How do I know if He’s hearing my prayers?

If He doesn’t hear me, why am I praying?

I can’t seem to pray effectively. What’s wrong with me?

What does it mean for a prayer to be answered?

Why does God delay sometimes in answering our prayers?

When we have these kinds of questions, it’s easy to feel discouraged or frustrated in our own relationship with God. But God is gracious, merciful and compassionate. He wants us to come before Him with confidence and boldness! Here are five things you can do as you pray that will strengthen your faith and move mountains in prayer:

There are few things as rewarding as praying for someone and seeing God answer your prayers. It’s no surprise, then, that it’s something we’re called to do — over and over again.

It can be tempting to view prayer as a one-and-done deal: You pray, God answers, and the problem is solved. But this isn’t always how it works in real life. Many times when we pray for someone, God may not immediately give them what they want or even something that will directly benefit them.

This can be frustrating — especially if you find yourself praying for the same thing over and over again with no results. But asking God for something repeatedly is actually a good sign!

God doesn’t answer prayers according to our timing; rather, he answers in his time and on his terms (Psalm 86:15). That means instead of focusing on whether or not your prayers are being answered right away, focus on seeking God’s will instead of your own (1 John 5:14).

As we prepare for Easter, I am so excited to share this message with you. It is one of my favorite topics — prayer.

When I was 12 years old, my parents took me on a trip to California. On our way back to Washington State, we stopped in Las Vegas and visited the famous Strip. As we walked along the strip, my mom noticed a man standing outside of a casino holding a sign that read “Prayer changes things.”

She took me over to him and asked if I could have his sign for the trip home. He handed me the sign and said, “If you pray for something long enough, then God will answer your prayer.” My 12-year-old mind did not understand what he meant by this but I did know one thing — this man had given me something important. I knew it was an important message because it was written on a piece of cardboard and he was standing outside in the heat with no shoes on asking people to pray!

As an adult, I have learned that God does not always answer our prayers exactly how or when we think He should but He always answers them in His time – His perfect timing!

My prayer for today is that you will be encouraged as
