I’m a 45 year old woman who got divorced three years ago after being married for 25 years. I thought my life was over. My husband of 25 years left me cold and heartbroken. All of my friends turned their back on me because the way I think about life simply couldn’t be tolerated any longer.I prayed night after night for God to help me and comfort me in the time of trouble. I promised God that if he would give me my husband back, I would share our experience with other women who are going through divorces or separation and let them know that it is possible to recover from this difficult time. And here’s what happened next…

Prayer For My Marriage Restoration

Prayer For My Marriage Restoration

Heavenly Father,

Thank you for your mercy and grace. Thank you for blessing me with a life partner. I know that we are not perfect. I have made mistakes in my life, but I pray that you will help us to be open to each other’s needs and desires. Help us to communicate honestly as we share our lives together.

I pray that my husband would be willing to work with me to strengthen our marriage.

Please give me the strength and courage to forgive him and trust him again.

Help me to trust in Your plan for my life rather than relying on my own understanding or the advice of others who may not be looking out for my best interests.

I ask these things through Christ our Lord, Amen

Lord Jesus, I know that you are the author of marriage and that you love the institution of marriage. I come before you in the name of Jesus and ask for your guidance in this matter. I am praying for my marriage restoration, I am praying for my wife to come back home to me and our family. I am asking for your mercy and grace over us Lord because we have sinned against you. Please forgive us for all our sins. We repent before you Lord Jesus and we ask that you forgive us from all our sins.

Lord Jesus, please help my wife realize what she has done wrong and help her to see that she is hurting herself by doing these things to me and our family. Please give her wisdom Lord so that she does not make these mistakes again in the future. Lord please bring peace between us again so that we can live as one with no more quarrels between us or any other problems whatsoever between us Lord Jesus Christ! Amen

Heavenly Father, I come before you today with a heavy heart and tears in my eyes. I ask for your guidance and blessing as I seek to restore my marriage.

I know that my husband has been unfaithful with another woman, but I choose not to let him go. Instead, I ask that you would help me to come to terms with his infidelity and provide me with the strength to forgive him for this great sin.

Please heal our broken relationship so that we can begin anew. Restore our love and trust in each other so that we may grow old together as husband and wife. Amen.

Dear Lord,

I come before you today to ask for your help in restoring my marriage. I know that you are able to work all things together for good and that nothing is impossible with you. My husband and I have been married for 8 years now and although we’ve had our ups and downs, we’ve always been committed to making each other happy. We love each other so much and have been through a lot together. However, this past year has been extremely difficult for us because of some issues we’ve been having in our marriage. We’ve tried counseling but it hasn’t helped at all. Please help us Lord as we try to fix things between us. Help us find healing so that we can once again find joy in each other’s company. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen

Prayer for my marriage restoration

I’m in a very bad situation and I need some prayers. My husband has been abusive and has cheated on me and our 3 kids. He is not a good father to our children. The money he makes is not enough to support us all and we are barely surviving. He does not help around the house and does nothing but sit on his phone 24/7. I’m trying to be strong for my kids but it’s hard when you don’t have any help from your husband or anyone else for that matter. Please pray for me and my family, we need God’s mercy right now!

Dear Lord,

I pray for my marriage to be restored. I know that only you can do this, because the only other way is divorce. And I don’t want that. I want our marriage to work out. We’ve been together for so long, and I know we can make it through this. Please help me to see how much I love my husband and how much he loves me. Help us both to remember how good it used to be between us—how happy we were before everything started going wrong—and help us get back there again.

If you could please send me some sort of sign that you’re listening and that you’ll help us, that would be amazing—but I know it’s not really up to me or him or anyone else but you. So please help him change his mind about wanting a divorce, and give me the strength to go through with it if that’s what needs to happen.

In Jesus’ name, amen

Dear Lord,

I pray that my marriage will be restored. My husband has been unfaithful to me and we have separated. I love him deeply and want to see our relationship healed. Please help us to find our way back to each other.

Thank you for all you do.

Dear Lord,

I come to you today in prayer. I pray that you will restore my marriage to the state in which it once was. I pray that you will help me to remember what it was like to be with my husband, and how much joy we derived from each other’s company. I pray that you will help me to remember how much we loved each other, and how much love was shared between us.

Please help me to see my husband again as the man of God that he is; and help him see me as the woman of God that I am.

Please restore my marriage, dear Lord; and if it is not your will for us to be together at this time, please give me strength and courage to move on with my life without him.

In Jesus’ Name, Amen

Dear Lord, I pray for the restoration of my marriage.

I know that you love me and are there for me. Please help me to see my husband as he truly is: a flawed human being who is struggling just like me. Please help him to see me as I truly am: someone who needs his love and attention in order to thrive.

Please help us both to understand that we weren’t made to live alone and that the only way we can truly be happy is by learning how to be together. Please help us both find our way back home.

Dear God,

I pray that you would restore my marriage. I have tried to do everything I can to make it work, and I just don’t know what else to do. Please help me find the right way to communicate with my husband. I want him back in our home, with me and our children. Please help us heal this rift between us so that we can start anew and begin again as a family. You are faithful and good, dear Lord, so please show us your mercy on this most holy night. Amen

Dear God,

I pray that you would restore my marriage. It has been a long time since we were happy together, and I know you can heal our relationship.

Please help my husband to forgive me for the ways I have hurt him and let him down, and help me to forgive him for the same. Help us both forgive ourselves, so that we can move forward in peace.

We need your help, Lord. We have tried everything else—counseling, support groups, medication—and nothing has worked. But it’s not because of our lack of effort or commitment; it’s because we don’t have what you alone can give us: your healing grace and mercy. Please hear me today and answer my prayer!

Dear Lord,

I come before you today with a heavy heart. My marriage has been in trouble for some time now, and I’m not sure where things are going to go from here. I know that my husband and I have been through some rough times, but we are both good people who love each other very much. We just need your guidance to help us find our way back to each other.

Please give us the strength and courage we need to stand up for ourselves, even when it feels like it’s not worth it anymore. Give us the wisdom to know what we’re supposed to do next so that we can get on the same page again and finally move past this difficult time in our lives together. Give us peace during our journey together so that we can better understand each other’s perspectives without feeling threatened by them or getting defensive about things that really shouldn’t matter so much anymore anyway (because they don’t).

Thank you for listening today

Prayer For My Marriage And Husband

Dear God,

I pray today for my marriage and my husband, who has been very patient with me and is always there to support me.

Please bless him with a job so that he can provide for his family.

Bless our marriage with love and unity.

Bless me with the strength to be a better wife and mother.

Let me know that this is still your blessing upon us all

Dear God,

I pray for my marriage and my husband. I pray that you will bring us together and heal our brokenness. I pray that you will show us how to be better people, both individually and as a couple. I pray that you will help me forgive my husband, who has hurt me so deeply. I pray that you will give him the strength and courage to apologize for his actions and make things right with me.

I beg of you, dear God: please help my husband realize that he was wrong and make amends with me. Please give us both the strength to forgive each other’s transgressions and move forward with our lives together in peace.

Dear God, I ask for your blessing on my marriage and my husband. I pray that you would help us to see each other as we truly are, and not through the lens of our own insecurities. I pray that you would help us to love each other as we are loved by you, with kindness and generosity.

I pray for the grace to forgive each other when we fail, and to be forgiven when we fail ourselves.

I pray for strength in times of trouble, and patience when things are easy.

I pray that we may rely on your wisdom in all matters great and small.

And finally, Lord God, please bless our marriage with children–children who will bring joy into our lives and light into the world.

Dear Lord, I pray for my marriage. I thank you for the gift of my husband and the love that we share. Please help us to grow closer to each other and to you through our time together.

I pray for my husband, who is so kind and gentle. Please give him strength and courage, so that he may be a good leader in our home and community. Bless him with health, happiness, and prosperity all year long! As he goes about his daily life, please guide him in your ways so that he might be an example of your love to others.

I pray for myself as well: that I will continue to grow closer to You through this season of my life. Thank you for sending me such a wonderful husband! Please give me strength as I strive to be a good wife, mother, daughter and friend—and also all those other things that come into play during any given day!

Dear Father in Heaven,

I pray for my marriage to be strong and healthy. I pray that my husband and I will be able to communicate our needs and desires, and that we will be able to fulfill one another’s needs. I pray that we will work together to strengthen our relationship, and that our love for each other will grow deeper with each passing day.

Please guide us in our decision-making, Lord. Help us to see what is best for our family—and help us to choose it!

Short Prayer For Someone You Love

Dear God,

I pray that you will continue to bless my marriage. I know that there are many things that I cannot control, but I ask you to help me put my trust in you and not worry about the things that are beyond my control. I know that when we believe in your power, we can accomplish great things. And I believe with all of my heart that our marriage is a great thing—a gift from you that can be used to help others who are struggling through a similar situation.

Please help me to keep this trust and faith strong as we go through this difficult time. Help us both to remember what it is like when we were first dating and how much we loved each other then—to remember the promises we made then and how important those promises still are today.

Help us both to remember how much alike we really are, even though at times it may feel like there is nothing but differences between us—help us realize that these differences are just part of what makes our union stronger than ever before!

And please give me strength today so that I can get through all of this without losing sight of these things:

Dear God, I would like to thank you for this day. I pray that my husband and I may always be happy together. May we never be harmed by any of our enemies, but may we instead prosper in all that we do.

Thank you for blessing us with each other and for allowing us to spend so much time together. I know that without your guidance, we could not have been able to come together as a family, and now we are stronger than ever before.

I ask that you continue to bless me with your wisdom so that I may always make wise decisions in life. Please continue to protect my family from harm, and guide them through the days ahead.
