Prayer is the most powerful tool that we have at our disposal in our Christian walk. Prayer is the way that we communicate with God and receive from Him. It is our ability to speak directly to the Creator of the universe.
There are many different types of prayers, but for this article I want to focus on prayer that builds faith and trust in God.
When you pray for something, remember that God has already given it to you. You just need to believe in His word and believe that He will bring it about if it is His will. Sometimes we get so focused on what we want that we forget about what God wants for us. A good prayer should be focused on what God wants for us rather than what we want for ourselves!
